This is an excellent opportunity for a junior solicitor from a large or mid-tier firm to work with market-leading clients across technology, digital platforms, life sciences, regulated industries and global corporates.The team advises on high-value commercial transactions, digital transformation projects, outsourcing, software agreements, cloud services, cybersecurity, AI governance, data protection compliance, and regulatory matters.
