CENTRE NURSE (E Doc Out of Hours Service)
Part time: 40 hours per month
E Doc covers the patients of participating GPs in North East Wicklow (NEW Doc), Dun Laoghaire (DL Doc), and South East Dublin (East Doc).
The service is provided for those patients who have urgent medical problems and who need to contact a doctor after daytime surgeries close.
Responsibilities:
* Deliver exceptional nursing care.
* Conduct treatment room assessments for scheduled patients.
* Perform face-to-face Nurse Triage and nurse consultations for walk-in patients.
* Ensure accurate documentation of all nursing consultations in patient notes.
* Record all processes accurately within the treatment centre.
* Maintain appropriate and precise written nursing records and reports.
* Ensure all medical equipment is in optimal working order, stored according to manufacturer's instructions, and serviced as necessary.
Essential Qualifications:
* Currently registered with the NMBI.
* Minimum 3 years post registration experience.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Flexible approach to working shifts.
Desirable:
* Additional nursing qualifications.
* Practice Nurse.
* Paediatrics.
Hours of work
* Weekday shifts: 17:30 to 22:30
* Weekend and Bank holiday shifts: from 9:30 to 16:00 and from 16:00 to 22:30

* E Doc Migrant Health Services Clonskeagh and Bray (daytime services)
