The Role:
* This position will involve managing debt collection from allocated ledgers and performing various ad hoc tasks as needed. The ideal candidate will be able to handle up to 100 customer interactions per day.
Key skills required include excellent Excel skills, previous experience in similar roles preferably in medium-to-large sized organizations, IATI qualification or equivalent (a bonus), good problem-solving abilities, strong computer skills including Word and Outlook capabilities for written communication communication.
