Commercial Sales Consultant – Johnson Controls Ireland HVAC
We are seeking a proven seller to drive new and extra works business from existing and new SME customers within a set geographical territory. Responsible for managing approximately 500 SME accounts and supporting new customer acquisition.
What You Will Do
* Drive new and extra works from existing customer accounts by building strong relationships.
* Source potential new customers through self‑generated business, referrals, and networking in a specific geographic area.
* Self‑generate sales leads through networking, referrals and warm/cold calling and execute the channel customer contact strategy.
* Work closely with new business colleagues to ensure a smooth handover of new customers into the business.
How You Will Do It
* Use your strong communication skills to develop relationships with existing customers.
* Leverage internal resources and operational departments to maintain high levels of customer service.
* Execute the channel customer contact strategy effectively.
Essential
* Proven seller with a track record of success.
* Strong relationship management skills to drive growth for ADT and increase customer satisfaction.
* Independent and able to leverage resources and engage with ADT operational departments for high levels of customer service.
* Understanding of the full sales process from start to finish.
Preferred
* Demonstrated track record of achievement.
* Experience in the security industry.
* Hybrid working ability.
