We are seeking an experienced
Residential Service Manager
to lead a supported accommodation service for adults with disabilities in
Tullamore
.
This position carries responsibility for the day-to-day management, quality, safety, and regulatory compliance of a designated centre, ensuring services are delivered in line with legislation, best practice, and person-centred principles.
?? The Role
As Person in Charge, you will:
Oversee the overall management of the designated residential service
Ensure full compliance with HIQA regulations and safeguarding legislation
Lead, support, and develop a multidisciplinary staff team
Manage operational planning, risk, quality, and continuous service improvement
Liaise with families, stakeholders, regulators, and senior management
Oversee staffing, finance, facilities, and resources
Promote a culture of inclusion, quality, and continuous improvement
?? Requirements
Minimum Level 7 qualification in Health & Social Care
Management qualification
Minimum 3 years' management or supervisory experience within a HIQA-registered service
Strong leadership and people management skills
Full driving licence (essential)
Experience in Acquired Brain Injury, disability, or Mental Health services (advantageous)
Excellent organisational, communication, and decision-making skills
Flexibility, including participation in an on-call rota

€ 61,****** to € 65,****** (pro rata)
