Adhere to safety procedures at all times. Report all accidents, incidents and near misses to the Safety Officer and Production Supervisor. Responsible for operation of contract pack, re-work, assembly production line where applicable - duties as specified by supervisor. Ensure that all necessary precautions are taken to upkeep a level of personal/work hygiene in the cleanrooms and general production floor by wearing appropriate clean protective garments as per Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) procedures. Label generation (where applicable) IT - Online Folders, NQMS, Syspro (where applicable) In the instance where operators are working in packing externally then the following is required: Transport of goods to stores using pallet truck when required. Ensuring correct packaging is used on the product. Operation of Cello-Wrap machine Generation of AWM Barcode labels. What will you bring to the role? Previous experience in the Medical Device or relevant production industries is preferred At minimum a Leaving Certificate or an equivalent standard of education A positive work ethic with excellent attention to detail Ability to understand and complete batch documentation accurately and to a consistent high standard Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel) Good written and verbal communication skills CSGalway Should you require any support or assistance, please contact your local Gi Group office.
