We are working with a leading international firm who are seeing a Junior Associate to join their Employment law practice within their Dublin office.
The Role:
The successful candidate will gain valuable experience in an esteemed Employment team, working on a diverse range of both contentious and non-contentious employment matters. The candidate will work on matters such as risk management, WRC, Labour Court and Circuit Court litigation, mediations, industrial relations, and immigration. The candidate will work across a complex and challenging caseload of high-value employment law cases, supporting the firm’s client base in both litigation and advisory matters. The candidate will also demonstrate a willingness to get involved in business development initiatives, while maintaining strong relationships with the firm’s client base.
Responsibilities
 * Work on a diverse range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters, including risk management, WRC, Labour Court and Circuit Court litigation, mediations, industrial relations, and immigration.
 * Support a complex and challenging caseload of high-value employment law cases in both litigation and advisory matters.
 * Involve in business development initiatives and maintain strong client relationships.
Qualifications
 * NQ-1 PQE;
 * Strong background in employment law within a medium to large international or City law firm;
 * Excellent academics;
 * Ability to work independently and within a team;
