We’re looking for a Regional Sales Representative to drive commercial growth by cultivating new and existing partnerships with Sonova’s leading brands. As a key ambassador in the hearing solutions space, you’ll expand our market presence across Ireland and unlock fresh revenue opportunities in wireless connectivity and hearing technology.
Key Responsibilities
* Expand business opportunities and build strong relationships with retailers across your territory
* Sell the full range of hearing aids and accessories from Phonak and Unitron
* Craft and execute a strategic sales plan, including funnel management
* Achieve agreed sales targets and contribute to the company’s growth
* Deliver product training and education to customers, enhancing their understanding and loyalty
* Represent Sonova at trade shows and industry exhibitions throughout the year
* Maintain detailed CRM records and keep Customer Services updated on account changes
* Monitor competitor activity and market trends to inform business strategy
Your Profile
* A skilled communicator with excellent interpersonal flair to build credible, long-lasting relationships
* Proven commercial experience, ideally within hearing aids or medical device industries
* Technically savvy and CRM-proficient, with an analytical mindset and business acumen
* Results-driven with a strategic mindset and deep understanding of local market trends
* Self-motivated, adaptable, and resilient—ready to lead in a fast-paced environment
* Confident presenter with the ability to interpret and explain technical data
* Fluent in diary and time management, with a strong sense of accountability
* Holds a full driving licence and the legal right to work in Ireland
We are seeking an immediate start and are offering a fixed-term contract until May 2026
