Base pay range
* UK: £35,000 base salary + commission – £55,000‑60,000 OTE
* Dublin/ROI: €41,500 base salary + commission – €65,000‑70,000 OTE

Role Overview
You will partner with a seasoned Account Executive or Director, selling the Benifex OneHub product suite to mid‑market and enterprise customers. This role is predominantly outbound new business – generate qualified leads, arrange meetings for the Account Executive/Director and identify opportunities through inbound and outbound activity across multiple channels.
Responsibilities
* Outbound meeting and lead generation primarily through warm calling
* Develop and nurture existing and potential customers through marketing campaigns and follow‑up
* Research prospective customers and maintain data quality and relevant information
* Maintain professional relationships and support prospective customers across all Benifex departments
* Assist in the writing and distribution of outbound e‑mail campaigns and follow‑up on inbound leads
* Maintain confidentiality and professionalism throughout the role
Qualifications
* Proven experience in new business sales: prospecting, outbound calling, multi‑channel approach and lead generation
* Experience selling complex or enterprise SaaS solutions
* Excellent communication skills and a consultative approach
* Strong time management, self‑prioritisation and workload organisation
* Driven and motivated with a desire to exceed targets
* Experience using Salesforce (or a similar CRM) and analytical problem‑solving abilities

Interview Process
* Initial informal call with the Talent team – 30 min
* Online tests in numeracy and logical reasoning
* Interview with the Head of Business Development and Business Development Manager – 60 min
* Final interview with one of our Senior Leaders – 30‑45 min
