About the Role: Royal London Ireland is seeking applications for an Existing Business – Customer Support professional whose purpose is to develop customer and broker relationships and deliver excellent service, promoting Royal London as the provider of choice in the Protection market.
Reporting to the Existing Business Team Leader, the role involves providing administrative support to our customers and Brokers.
About the role Deliver excellent customer service when dealing with varied and complex enquiries on Protection policies from Brokers and policyholders.Plan and prioritize your workload to ensure deadlines are met.Maintain and improve policies and procedures for service and administrative tasks.Ensure all activities comply with Treating Customers Fairly principles and the Consumer Protection Code.Maintain records according to RL policies and procedures.About you Criteria APA or QFA Qualified or committed to undertaking QFA exams.
Educational support will be provided by Royal London.Experience in processing and handling queries on Protection and Savings & Investment products is preferable.Previous experience in a Customer Service role.Ability to meet deadlines and manage priorities.Excellent communication and administrative skills.Problem-solving skills.About Royal London Ireland Based in Dublin 2 on St Stephen's Green, Royal London Ireland is a fully owned subsidiary of the Royal London Mutual Insurance Society Limited, the largest mutual life, pensions, and investment company in the UK.
