Project Coordinator Position
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Coordinator to lead large-scale commercial projects in Waterford.
About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and supervising construction of new builds and fit-outs, overseeing site activities, managing manpower, and hosting meetings with architects and senior management.
* A minimum of 5 years' experience managing commercial projects with an Irish Main Contractor
* Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Suite and Project
* A degree in Construction Management or similar trades qualifications
Key Responsibilities
The Project Coordinator will plan and coordinate daily site requirements, ensure quality and timely completion of works, and perform company compliance and administration procedures.
Requirements include effective management of site programmes and schedules, strong communication skills, and the ability to read and interpret drawings.
