We’re Hiring – Stock Control Manager
Paul Byron Shoes are continuing to grow, and we’re now looking for an experienced Stock Control Manager to join our team at our Head Office in Roscommon Town.
This is a key leadership role within the business and a fantastic opportunity for a strong, hands‑on operator who wants to take full ownership of stock across a dynamic retail environment.
You will play a critical role in ensuring stock accuracy, managing intake and allocation, and driving improvements across both our stores and e‑commerce operations.

What we’re looking for
Proven experience running or owning a stock control / inventory function
Strong understanding of stock accuracy, intake, and allocation
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Confident working with Excel, systems, and data
Experience in a fast‑paced retail or warehouse environment
This role will suit someone who is practical, detail-driven, and ready to make a real impact.
