Key Responsibilities:
* Design and implement new manufacturing processes to meet production requirements

* Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve technical issues and improve manufacturing efficiency
* Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement
* Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to continuously improve processes
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
* 3+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering or related field
* Strong understanding of Lean principles and Six Sigma methodologies
* Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
