Day Activities Facilitator Position
This role involves working with individuals to discover what constitutes a good life for them, and establishing the necessary supports to achieve their goals.
* The successful candidate will work intensively with individuals in a team-based setting.
* A high degree of flexibility is required as the timing and location of supports provided will be dictated by individual plans.
