We are inviting ambitious graduate candidates to the 5th cohort of our EMEA Graduate Rotation Program – Solution Engineering Path. The program is designed to give graduates exposure to both solution engineering and sales. Top graduates will begin a Salesforce Solution Engineering career after progression. Promotion windows open from month 7 onwards.Who are we looking for?2025 or 2026 graduate (minimum bachelor’s degree)Academic background in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Engineering, Data Science/Data Engineering, Information Systems, or related fieldsCreative problem‑solverRelationship builder with a growth mindsetCurious, self‑motivated, and focused on continuous learningThrives in a team environmentExcellent interpersonal skillsGoal‑oriented and comfortable in a fast‑paced environmentFluent in English & FrenchProgram StructureIntroduction MonthDuring the first month, you will receive extensive onboarding and enablement through a Salesforce‑style academy, where you will: Immerse yourself in the culture and values of SalesforceDevelop an understanding of our solutions, technologies and toolsLearn critical professional skills for a career at SalesforceFollow a structured learning calendar with sessions and hands‑on workshops led by experts and alumniRotationsGraduates on both the Sales and Solution Engineering Paths will follow a similar curriculum. You will spend 60% of your time in the role with clear tasks and targets, and 40% focused on role‑specific learning. Each rotation includes pairing with experienced buddies.First rotation (months 2‑4) can be in Sales, followed by Solution Engineering (months 5‑7), or vice versa.
