* Providing administrative support to the senior leadership team, including calendar and diary management with occasional travel coordination.

* Coordinating internal and external meetings, such as planning board meetings, preparing meeting packs, and taking minutes.

* Managing office supplies, coordinating catering for meetings, and handling budget and expense management.

* Being the first point of contact for onsite contractors, such as facilities and cleaning services.

* Offering adhoc administrative support as needed.

Requirements:

* Previous experience in a role providing administrative support to a team is essential.

* Strong Microsoft Office skills are required.

* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are necessary.

* Full working authorisation in Ireland is mandatory.

* Highly organised individuals with excellent coordination and time management skills will be successful in this role.
