Audi Kilkenny is seeking a professional, customer-focused Service & Warranty Advisor to join our Aftersales team.
As the first point of contact for Audi service and warranty customers, you will play a key role in delivering the premium experience our brand is known for.
What You'll Do
Welcome and assist Audi customers, ensuring a seamless and exceptional service experience from start to finish.
Schedule and coordinate service, repair, and warranty appointments in line with Audi standards.
Communicate effectively between customers and the workshop team, providing clear updates and ensuring transparency.
Accurately process warranty claims, prepare estimates, and manage invoicing.
Maintain strong customer satisfaction, building trust and long-term loyalty to the Audi brand.
What We're Looking For
Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar customer-facing administrative role.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and deliver a premium customer experience.
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
Confident working with dealership management and admin systems.
A detail-driven, positive, and customer-first attitude.
