Working hours: 12-9pm
Requirements:
* Fluent written and spoken English
* Must reside in Ireland and have the right to work
* Previous experience in a similar role
* Must lead by example
Responsibilities:
* Manage restaurant operations on a day-to-day basis, working closely with the restaurant manager, team leaders, and team members
* Oversee and support the overall guest experience
* Maintain the highest standards across all areas of the business
* Oversee stock and cash control, including till reconciliation
* Deputise for the restaurant manager in their absence
* Ensure training records are maintained and all staff attend and adhere to standard operating procedures
* Keep written records of all incidents or accidents and report to the restaurant manager
* Promote a safety culture
* Complete relevant daily and weekly checks with the support of the team and restaurant manager
* Lead daily operations from a HACCP perspective
