Responsibilities
* Delivery of amazing service and consistently high standards at all time.
* Regular guests are known and greeted accordingly using their name.
* Ensure a good working knowledge of food, all beverages and wine. Be able to make recommendations.
* Preparation of bespoke and signature cocktails.
* Be friendly, courteous and professional at all times.
* Up-sell and maximise sales revenue whenever and wherever possible.
* Assisting in lounge, restaurant or other departments as required.
Qualifications
* Previous hotel experience in a 4/5-star hotel property is preferred.
* Cocktail/Mixology experience is desirable.
* Previous experience in a high volume/ fast paced environment.
* Previous experience in a busy food and beverage operation.
* Fluent English and excellent communication skills.
* Micros Experience would be preferable.
* Mid Week and Weekend availability required.
