Orange Recruitment is partnering with leading organisations in Dublin and Kildare to recruit dedicated Social Care Professionals across Adult Disability Services and Children's Special Care Units.
Roles Available:
* Social Care Worker - Adult Residential & Community Services
* Social Care Worker - Children's Residential & Special Care Units
Description:
* Providing person-centred care and support in line with HIQA/Children First standards
* Promoting independence, safeguarding, and empowerment
* Supporting individuals with intellectual disabilities, autism, mental health needs, and complex behaviours
* Implementing care plans, positive behaviour support, and risk management strategies
* Working as part of a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care
Essential:
* Level 7/8 Degree in Social Care or equivalent qualification
* Knowledge of HIQA regulations / Children First
* Experience working in disability, residential, or youth settings (preferred)
* Full clean driving licence (an advantage)
* CORU registration / in process
