The Job
Our client is searching for a Sales Manager with a strong focus on sales within the mobile gaming industry. Your primary responsibility will involve negotiating and closing long-term deals. The role does not require cold calls but involves various modern lead generation methods, establishing contacts, and building relationships.
Responsibilities
* Act as SDR and generate leads
* Meet with potential clients virtually, research their needs, and identify how our solutions address them
* Achieve company objectives by planning thoroughly, setting sales goals, analyzing performance data, and making forecasts
This full-time contract includes a fixed salary and a commission of up to 20% of the first payment and up to 4% during the year.
We prioritize outcomes over processes and do not monitor working hours, allowing you to manage your daily schedule.
The Profile
Qualifications
* Two or more years of experience in B2B sales in the F2P mobile or gaming outsourcing fields
* Proven success with the entire sales process, from planning to closing
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
* At least 1 year of experience in B2B Sales / Sales Support roles, ideally within the Media & Entertainment and IT Services industries
* Strong networking and relationship-building skills
* Highly goal-driven and capable of working in fast-paced environments
* Strong attention to detail and high work standards
