Job Role: Support Operations Coordinator
We are seeking a Support Operations Coordinator to assist with day-to-day programme activities, engage with stakeholders, manage equipment and materials, and contribute to the smooth running of our outreach programme for primary and secondary school students.
The role involves handling correspondence with parents, issuing instructions and directions, dealing with feedback, special requests and complaints. You will also be responsible for securing and maintaining adequate equipment, classroom tools and materials as required by instructors.
