We are seeking a dynamic and multilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team in Dublin. As the first point of contact for customers across Europe, you will be responsible for resolving queries, building relationships, and ensuring every interaction leaves a positive impact.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills across cultures, the ability to navigate technology systems with accuracy and ease, and a proactive approach to customer-focused work.
In this role, you will work in a hybrid model from Dublin, combining flexibility with collaboration. You will be part of a global movement to make work a real experience, supporting millions of users across countries.
If you're fluent in any of the following language combinations: Dutch + French, German + Dutch, French + Spanish, French + Portuguese, and have an excellent level of English, we want to hear from you.
