Process Engineer Role
A medical device and component manufacturing facility is seeking a skilled Process Engineer to lead technical improvements, eliminate waste, and collaborate with customers on product development.
You will:
* Serve as technical lead for assigned production areas driving productivity and efficiency.
* Lead continuous improvement projects utilizing Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
* Conduct thorough investigations into customer complaints and internal non-conformances identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.
* Collaborate cross-functionally to introduce new technologies, processes, and equipment enhancing the organization's capabilities.
* Support the transfer and scale-up of new products ensuring successful launch and integration.
* BUILD RELATIONSHIPS WITH CUSTOMERS, SUPPLIERS, AND INTERNAL TEAMS through effective communication and collaboration.
The ideal candidate has a Bachelors degree in Polymer, Mechanical, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field, and 3+ years experience in manufacturing or process engineering. The successful applicant will possess excellent problem-solving skills, strong analytical abilities, and effective communication skills to drive results and deliver value to the organization.
