Key Responsibilities
* Develop and motivate a high-performing Rooms Division team to deliver exceptional guest experiences
* Ensure seamless operations across Front Office, Housekeeping, Concierge, and Reservations
* Drive continuous improvement in service standards to exceed guest expectations
* Implement and monitor departmental budgets and forecasts
* Collaborate with Sales, Revenue, and F&B teams to optimize overall hotel performance
* Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards
Requirements
* Proven experience at senior management level within a Rooms Division or Front Office function in a luxury hotel
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate large teams
* Excellent guest service skills with a passion for delivering outstanding results
* Strong commercial and financial acumen with experience in budgeting and forecasting
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
* Eligibility to work in Ireland
