Serving the people of the Mid-West Milford Care Centre is a Section 38 organisation, working in partnership with the HSE Mid-West, and provides a comprehensive range of Specialist Palliative Care Services and Services for Older People across Counties Clare, Limerick, and North Tipperary.

ICT Governance & Cyber Resilience Manager - GRADE VII Fulltime - Permanent
Salary Scale €60,013 - €78,015
ICT Department & Infrastructure
The ICT infrastructure is currently undergoing a significant upgrade, building on previous development projects. Key projects include network infrastructure upgrade, migration to Microsoft Azure, and compliance with NIST and NIS2 frameworks. We are seeking an experienced ICT Governance & Cyber Resilience Manager to lead on ICT governance, cybersecurity, and resilience across the organisation. This is a strategic role that ensures our systems and information are secure, reliable, and compliant with national standards. The successful candidate will:
* Oversee ICT risk management, project delivery, and vendor performance
* Lead on business continuity, cyber incident response, and disaster recovery planning
* Support the organisation's Information Governance framework and work closely with the Data Protection Lead
Cross-cover for the ICT Manager during periods of leave
This role is central to maintaining the integrity and resilience of our ICT infrastructure and ensuring alignment with best practices and regulatory standards (e.g. ISO 27001, NIST, NIS2).
