Agile Delivery Lead
We are seeking a highly experienced Agile Delivery Lead to join our team at Morgan McKinley and drive transformative digital projects and programs within large organisations in the banking sector.
You will play a crucial role in helping clients revolutionise their businesses through strategic initiatives and cutting-edge digital solutions.
The Role:
As a senior leader, you will be responsible for leading client engagements and ensuring the successful delivery of projects and programs using Agile methodologies.
You will focus on delivering exceptional client service and innovative solutions, with a passion for enhancing customer journeys and end-user experiences within the banking and mobile banking domains.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead client engagements, ensuring successful project and client delivery through Agile methodologies.
* Lead and deliver transformative digital projects in the banking and mobile banking sectors, focusing on customer journeys and end-user experiences.
* Delve projects on time, scope, and quality, enabling clients to transform their businesses through effective digital solutions.
* Leverage deep Agile delivery experience to develop solution roadmaps, establish and coach Agile teams, and scale Agile delivery across multiple teams.
* Demonstrate digital product leadership, driving exceptional client service and innovative solutions with a focus on elevating the human experience through digital solutions.
* Support the growth and development of team members to achieve their career goals and contribute to business growth.
* Lead and contribute to the development of client proposals.
About You:
We are looking for an individual with extensive Agile delivery experience leading the implementation of large-scale programs to drive project success and team collaboration.
Experience with end-to-end delivery cycle from discovery through to deployment for large enterprise clients is essential.
A strong understanding of banking products and services, as well as familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance in the banking sector, is required.
Proven experience in integrating new technologies and systems within a banking environment is necessary.
Experience using Jira or similar platforms for project management is also required.
Prior experience in a fast-paced, client-facing environment is essential.
Strong-minded with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic team environment is required.
Comprehensive awareness of market trends and evolving customer needs in banking is necessary.
Knowledge of non-Agile methodologies and certification in Agile methodologies or relevant project management certifications are desirable.
