Job Title: European HR Manager
We are seeking an experienced Senior European HR Manager to play a key role in driving cultural change, leadership development and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
* HR Program Management: Support the development and execution of HR programs aligned with European business goals.
* Cultural Support & Engagement: Assist in leading post-restructure transformation initiatives and fostering a positive engaged culture.
* Organisational Change Support: Aid in managing and facilitating organisational change and agility initiatives.
* Talent & Performance Management: Drive and support talent acquisition performance review processes career development programs and succession planning.
* Compensation & Benefits Implementation: Help implement and manage a harmonised reward and benefits structure including annual salary reviews.
* Compliance & Risk Mitigation: Ensure adherence to European labour laws and contribute to risk mitigation efforts.
* Learning & Development Initiatives: Collaborate on the development and implementation of learning and development programs.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
* Proven HR professional with significant pan-European experience.
* Solid background in the technology software or systems integration sector.
* Experience in supporting or leading aspects of cultural transformation and organisational change.
* Highly autonomous and hands-on with a practical and results-oriented mindset.
* Skilled in implementing modern HR practices and operations.
* Strong stakeholder management and communication capabilities.
* Good understanding of European employment law and HR compliance.
* Open to travel to European office sites approximately 1-2 days per week as needed primarily to France Italy Spain Germany Belgium Netherlands.
