Partnering with global institutional investors, the business is growing rapidly and delivering high-quality asset management services.They are seeking a skilled Financial Controller to join a collaborative team, providing critical financial oversight and insight across the business.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the month-end close process and prepare accurate management accounts.Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting for internal stakeholders and investors.Maintain and strengthen financial controls and governance across the business.Manage budgeting, forecasting, and business plan processes, monitoring performance against targets.Analyse financial results to identify growth drivers, cost efficiencies, and cashflow performance.Support investor reporting and bespoke financial analysis, and improve reporting processes through automation.Act as a key finance contact for internal teams and external stakeholders.Provide financial insights to senior leadership to support strategic decision-making.Background and ExperienceQualified Chartered Accountant (ACA, ACCA, or equivalent) with several years PQE.Strong analytical, numerical, and Excel skills; experience in financial reporting, cashflow management, and modelling.Familiarity with financial systems and reporting automation tools is an advantage.Highly organised with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, confident working with senior stakeholders.Interest in real estate or financial markets is desirable but not essential.Professional, trustworthy, and able to handle sensitive financial information.
