We are currently seeking an organised, proactive Reception Administrator to join our client's office, based in Cork City centre. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys a varied role, combining front-of-house professionalism with behind-the-scenes administrative support. Hourly rate: €16

Hours: 9am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday

Key Duties

1. Be the welcoming face of the company, greeting all visitors with warmth and professionalism, creating an excellent first impression.
2. Manage all incoming calls, emails, and correspondence with efficiency and attention to detail.
3. Maintain a polished and presentable reception area to reflect the company's standards.
4. Coordinate client meetings and ensure all setups run smoothly.
5. Handle incoming/outgoing mail, deliveries, and courier services.
6. Monitor office supplies and manage procurement as needed.
7. Provide general administrative support including photocopying, scanning, and filing.

Administration Support

8. Accurately process documents and ensure all client data and transactions are properly recorded.
9. Maintain and update CRM systems and client records.
10. Assist with generating reports and tracking key metrics.
11. Follow up with clients to ensure outstanding service and satisfaction.

Experience required

12. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
13. Proven ability to stay organised, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
14. Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
15. Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
16. Previous experience in an administrative, receptionist, or sales support role is desirable.
