About the Role
This relief chef position is ideal for someone who can work temporarily in various locations, including Tipperary and surrounding areas.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare and cook food to a high standard of quality and presentation.
* Assist in stock management and quality control.
* Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene.
* Lead by example and maintain excellent communication within the team.
* E nsure adherence to SOPs and food safety control practices at all times.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A minimum level 2 chef qualification.
* Minimum 1-2 years' experience in a busy kitchen or catering environment.
* A strong knowledge of HACCP and food safety practices.
* Excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
* Practical chef skills and the ability to manage a busy kitchen.
