Job Title: Senior Corporate Finance Manager
We are seeking an experienced Senior Corporate Finance Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will work across various service lines, including Mergers and Acquisitions, Valuations, Due Diligence, Fundraising, and more.
The ideal candidate will be a qualified professional accountant (ACA or ACCA) with a strong background in Corporate Finance.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide a range of services, including advising on business purchases and sales, raising finance, valuation, deal structuring, financial modeling, shareholder agreements, Management Buy Outs, Strategy, and Financial planning.
* Work alongside Partners and Managers to deliver commercial and transactional assignments.
* Project manage different projects or assignments and relevant stakeholders.
* Review proposals for new client work.
* Develop and review client business plans.
* Liaise with clients, financial institutions, High Net Worth individuals, solicitors, and other intermediaries.
* Continuously develop your skillset while contributing to the development of our team.
* Deliver high-quality output to the highest professional standards.
* Establish and maintain a professional network to help originate deal opportunities.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* ACA / ACCA Qualified (2+ years).
* Previous experience working within a corporate finance or transaction services role.
