Sous Chef Salary: €45,000 per annum We are seeking a passionate and experienced Sous Chef to join the team at a dynamic 4-star property in County Kildare. This hotel offers multiple food outlets, including a busy bar, restaurant, and extensive banqueting and conferencing facilities. The successful candidate will support the Head Chef in overseeing all aspects of the kitchen, delivering high standards and consistency across the board. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced kitchen, ideal for a chef who leads by example and thrives in a collaborative, quality-focused environment.
