HR Business Partner Role
As an HR Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in driving organisational growth and success by delivering proactive, practical HR support across the full employee lifecycle.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with management and staff. A strong working knowledge of Irish Employment Law is essential, as well as experience using recognised HRIS / Time Management Systems.
Key Responsibilities:
* HR Business Partnering & Employee Relations - Providing day-to-day HR advice and support to managers and staff within assigned service areas
* Recruitment & Onboarding - Supporting the end-to-end recruitment process, including shortlisting, interviews and pre-employment checks
* HR Systems, Reporting & Projects - Acting as a key point of contact for the HRIS and Time Management System
* ,Employee Engagement & Organisational Development - Supporting employee engagement, wellbeing, diversity and inclusion initiatives
