About the Role
The Company Secretarial Senior Administrator reports to the Company Secretarial Senior Vice Presidents and supports the wider company Secretarial team. Its tactical responsibilities feed one larger objective: Assisting with the administration and management of a portfolio of clients where company secretarial services are provided.
Primary responsibilities include:
* Act as a main point of contact for client companies and their board of directors
* Liaising with lawyers and other legal representatives
* Coordinate, schedule and attend Board, Committee and Shareholder meetings
* Draft agendas, minutes and resolutions
* Coordinate all statutory and regulatory filings, maintain statutory books and records
* Respond to queries from clients and act as a channel of communication for clients and directors on all matters of company law and corporate governance
What You Bring
In addition to indisputably high ethical standards and autonomy, the ideal candidate possesses the following:
* Degree qualified with a strong academic background
* A corporate secretarial qualification from the Chartered Governance Institute UK & Ireland is highly preferable
* 1-2 years' experience in a corporate company secretarial role preferably within Irish legal or accountancy firm(s)
* Familiarity with the Companies Act 2014 and Companies Registration Office filings
* Knowledge of Diligent Software is a bonus
* Previous experience of structured vehicles/aviation companies an advantage
* Knowledge of all MS Office Suite
* Strong team player but also equally capable of working on their own initiative
* Excellent time management, organizational and prioritisation skills plus excellent communication skills
