Our client, a leading non-profit homeless service provider, seeks an experienced professional to fill the role of Director of Housing Operations. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled social care specialist to join their housing team and contribute to delivering high-quality housing management and maintenance services.
The purpose of this role is to assist in the delivery of a professional housing management and maintenance service that meets the needs of tenants. Key responsibilities will include:
* Managing and developing the housing and property team
* Coordinating the development of property and estate management arrangements
* Reviewing and implementing property management procedures and policies
* Overseeing RTB registration
This full-time contract offers the successful candidate a chance to leverage their experience and skills to drive business objectives. The ideal candidate will possess a relevant third-level qualification to at least degree level and a minimum of five years' management experience in social housing. They will also have practical experience in preparing RTB cases and attending adjudication and tribunal hearings.

The successful candidate will be expected to demonstrate strong commercial acumen and proven success in delivering objectives.
