A growing Design & Build contractor is looking for an experienced Site Manager to join their team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing site operations, ensuring that all activities are carried out efficiently, on schedule, and within budget.
This role requires a solid background in construction management, strong leadership abilities, and a sharp attention to detail.
The company collaborates closely with its sister firman architectural consultancyallowing them to deliver projects from pre-planning through to completion under one roof.

Role: Take full responsibility for the day-to-day management of the site, ensuring the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsible for ensuringHealth & Safetycompliance on-site.
Maintains high standards ofhousekeeping and site welfare.
Ensures the project stays on track with theConstruction Programme.
Manages the projectstimeline and budgeteffectively.
Oversees all aspects ofQuality Controlduring construction.
Coordinates with thetechnical teamfor material certifications and compliance.
Reportsdesign changesor issues to theProject Manager / Quantity Surveyor.
Manages and supports thesite team, ensuring smooth operations.
Holds regularmeetings with subcontractors, tracks progress and maintains records.
Requirements: 5+ years experience as a Site Manager, ideally onlarge-scale residential or housing projects.
Proven track record of delivering projects on time and to a high standard.
In-depth knowledge of construction processes, building regulations, and health and safety practices.
Strong leadership and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with clients, subcontractors, and the project team.
