Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Cash Collection Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing cash collection processes and providing excellent customer service.
The Cash Collection Specialist will be responsible for:
* Managing the core cash collection process and related customer service activities
* Proactive customer management to ensure accounts do not become overdue
* Resolving financial queries and discrepancies
* Performing statement reconciliations and daily order release activities
* Providing support for escalations to the credit team
The successful candidate will have:
* Minimum 3 years of accounts receivable experience in a high-volume, fast-paced setting
* Strong Excel skills
* Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
* Experience in reporting and the use of reporting software (similar to Tableau)
* Experience with SAP systems
