Job Title: Facilities and Operations Coordinator






Job Description:



1. The Role:

2. Provide administrative support to the facilities and maintenance team.

3. Coordinate all maintenance and services required nationwide.

4. Ensure brand standards are maintained at all times.

5. Key Responsibilities:

6. Greet visitors, answer phone calls, and direct them accordingly.

7. Receive and distribute deliveries to relevant departments.

8. Order stationery, ink, uniforms, and safety equipment as needed.

9. Book hotel and travel requests.

10. Arrange meeting rooms and invoice approvals.

11. Record and report store maintenance and facilities requests.

12. Research new suppliers to ensure cost savings.

13. Facilities and Maintenance Duties:

14. Liaise with store and warehouse managers on location upkeep and maintenance.

15. Coordinate works with third-party companies.

16. Ensure health and safety protocols are followed.

17. Approve invoices related to works carried out and liaise with accounts department.

18. Schedule waste bin collections and arrange for painters and window cleaners.

19. Manage CU group and G4S requests.

20. Hire hoists for jobs and arrange delivery and collection.

21. Requirements:

22. Skills:

23. Excellent communication and administrative skills.

24. Ability to use initiative and escalate issues to senior management when necessary.

25. Proficient in Microsoft Office and ability to learn in-house systems.

26. Qualifications:

27. Full Irish driving license preferred.

28. Reporting and expense management experience.
