Tendering Manager

Job Description:
The Tendering Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing tender strategies to win new business. This will involve analyzing requirements, determining pricing, and tailoring proposals to specific client needs. The successful candidate will also be responsible for preparing and submitting comprehensive and compelling proposals, including technical specifications, cost estimates, and commercial terms.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, candidates must have a degree in Quantity Surveying or a similar field, with a minimum of 5+ years' experience in tenders preparation and submissions. They must also be competent in assessing and evaluating tender requirements, have high-level competency in preparation and pricing, and strong experience in negotiation of contract terms. Additionally, they must have a proven track record working on tenders of all values, small to very large € values, and be highly accurate and detail-oriented.
