Join a Customer Base Deals Management team at Workday. In this role you will price renewals and add‑ons for existing customers, structure deals, and support strategic and operational decision‑making.About the TeamThis team is focused on maximizing revenue and minimizing risk while embodying Workday’s core values.About the Role Support Workday’s sales organization from a deal strategy and operational efficiency standpoint. Collaborate across Customer Base Sales, Customer Success Managers, Legal, Strategy and Finance. Act as a trusted advisor to help account executives grow deals efficiently. Ensure accurate and timely pricing communicates to customers and prepare commercial term documents to secure mutually beneficial agreements.Basic Qualifications Minimum of 2+ years’ experience in a similar field. Experience in a sales/deal support role is a plus. Proficiency with Salesforce.com is preferred. Understanding of general software pricing models, SaaS pricing and licensing models is a definite plus. Expert knowledge of Microsoft Excel and modeling/analysis experience is essential. Ability to engage with cross‑functional teams to support the sales team and deal cycles.Other Qualifications High attention to detail and ability to interpret objections related to subscription policies and commercial terms.
