Process Improvement Leader

This role will provide technical leadership for a significant process optimisation project.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead the development of process improvement strategies from concept to production handover.
2. Provide guidance on process development activities, focusing on efficiency and productivity enhancements.
3. Analyse current manufacturing processes and advise on potential areas for cycle time improvements or scrap reduction.

Support process enhancement projects across the site, providing technical expertise and leadership to senior engineers, engineers, co-op students, technicians, and operators as needed. Collaborate with teams to implement lean manufacturing principles and drive business growth through efficient operations.
