MTM Engineering have a number of opportunities for site based EHS Administrators to join our growing teams across Europe
The Role
As an EHS Advisor, you will work on a 3&1 rotation, flying out to support the implementation of environmental, health, and safety practices on a major project.
Working closely with the project team and MTM's EHS management, you will help maintain compliance with company systems and local regulations.
This role is ideal for someone with solid on-site experience who is looking to build their career in EHS within a dynamic project environment.
MTM Engineering is a market leading specialist electrical contractor that provides medium voltage (MV) and low voltage (LV) cable installation, termination services, busbar, and containment solutions for a wide range of construction projects.

Our expertise spans industry sectors such as data centres, pharmaceuticals, renewables, power generation, critical infrastructure, and more.
Responsibilities
Support the on-site EHS function and assist in ensuring compliance with MTM's EHS management systems
Assist in preparing and reviewing risk assessments, method statements (RAMS), and permits to work
Collaborate with the Project Manager and site teams to ensure EHS requirements are met
Participate in site inductions and ensure all team members meet required training standards
Help maintain the project's training matrix and ensure up-to-date documentation is in place
Conduct regular site inspections and audits, escalating any issues to senior EHS staff
Contribute to toolbox talks and EHS communications to promote a positive safety culture
Support incident reporting and assist in implementing corrective and preventive measures
Ensure appropriate PPE is available and used correctly by site personnel
Attend site meetings and provide input on day-to-day EHS matters
The Person
hird-level qualification in Environmental, Health & Safety or related field
Minimum of 2 years' experience in an EHS role in a construction environment
Working knowledge of current EHS legislation and good practice standards
Strong communication and organisational skills
EU passport and/or unrestricted visa-free working rights across Europe are essential
The Company Offers
Work on the basis of rotations - 3 weeks at work, 1 week at home.
All travel provided – flights & transport to the workplace.
