Responsibilities
Lead a small operations team delivering accurate performance and business reporting
Oversee end-to-end fund operations, including administration, reporting, audits, valuations and fees
Enhance operating models and support investment governance and deal execution
Drive platform change initiatives, including new funds, structures and efficiencies
Champion technology, controls and best-in-class operational practices
Experience Required
Senior experience in asset management or private markets operations
Strong technical accounting and IFRS knowledge
Proven leadership and stakeholder management capability
Strong financial, analytical and Excel skills
