The Role – Assistant General Manager (Hospitality / Food Service Manager)
As an Assistant General Manager / Assistant Restaurant Manager, you’ll be the General Manager’s right hand — leading shifts, driving restaurant operations, and ensuring outstanding food quality, service standards, and guest satisfaction in a busy fast food / hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities
Support the General Manager with daily restaurant operations, KPIs, and performance targets
Lead shifts in a fast-paced, high-volume QSR environment
Deliver exceptional guest experience and customer service excellence
Coach, mentor, and develop team members through staff training and performance management
Manage labour, inventory, and cost control to support strong business performance
Maintain food safety, HACCP, and health & safety compliance
Uphold brand standards and operational excellence
Step up as Duty Manager when required
Support local marketing and community engagement initiatives
Build a positive, inclusive hospitality team culture
What We’re Looking For
Experience as an Assistant Manager, Restaurant Supervisor, Deputy Manager, or Hospitality Manager
Background in Quick Service Restaurants (QSR), fast food, hospitality, or food service
Strong team leadership, coaching, and communication skills
Knowledge of food hygiene, food safety, and health & safety standards
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
Strong problem-solving skills and operational awareness
Passion for career progression, leadership development, and team growth
