Role The enrolment -coordinator is a key a member of staff responsible for the smooth introduction of new children to the service. Dealing with the initial enquiry, they bring the parents through the process of enrolling a child in the service. As they are often the first point of contact, are the face of the company for new parents, a positive attitude and good interpersonal skills are important. Responsibilities To liaise with families from first contact through to settling the child in the service. To maintain a planned schedule of viewings by parents Conduct viewings, promoting the service and deal with any parents questions Assist and guide families through the enrolment process Sharing with parents information of schemes available. Assist parents in completing paperwork, enring it is completed correctly and in a timely manner and passing this on to the relevant department Update and maintain waiting lists for each service Co-ordinate with service mangers on viewings, enrolments Co-ordinate with service mangers on occupancy rates To have a good knowledge of the service policies and procedures Dealing with parents queries Skills Ideally have a level 5 Childcare qualification. Very good interpersonal and communication skills both internal and external Have a good working knowledge of MS word and Excel. Be able to work independently and on own initiative Have a good level of English. A full clean driving license - Completion of Garda/Police vetting will be required.
