Fundraising Executive (Fixed-Term Contract) Start Date: November 2025 Contract End: May 2026 Location: Dublin Hours: Full Time, 35 hours per week (Monday to Friday, 9am5pm) Salary: €28,000 per annum (€15.38 per hour) An established national organisation within the charity sector is seeking to appoint a Fundraising Executive on a fixed-term contract to support the delivery of key fundraising activities and community events.

Role Overview The Fundraising Executive will provide administrative and logistical support to the fundraising team, assisting in the coordination and execution of national fundraising campaigns and community activities.
The successful candidate will work closely with the Community Events Officer to ensure effective volunteer coordination and the smooth delivery of fundraising events.
Key Responsibilities Support the planning and delivery of fundraising events and community campaigns Recruit, engage, and communicate with volunteers for national fundraising activities Coordinate volunteer scheduling and location coverage across multiple sites Maintain and update tracking systems and campaign databases (e.g., Salesforce) Prepare and distribute event materials, packs, and follow-up correspondence Provide professional telephone and administrative support to the fundraising team Assist with stock management, mail-outs, and general office administration Contribute to reporting and campaign performance updates Skills and Experience Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities with strong attention to detail Professional and confident communication skills, both verbal and written Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM systems (Salesforce desirable) Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively within a team Self-motivated with the ability to manage competing priorities Previous experience in the charity or not-for-profit sector is an advantage Additional Information Contract Type: Fixed Term (November 2025 May 2026) Working Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday (9am5pm) Salary: €28,000 per annum (€15.38 per hour) Reports To: Community Events Officer
