Senior Financial Business Analyst
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage financial performance and balance sheet, including budgeting, forecasting, month-end closing activities, and capital expenditures.
* Provide strategic advice on risk and opportunity management for cost reduction and revenue growth.
* Offer decision support and guidance to the team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, accounting, or business, with 3+ years of experience in a senior financial analyst role. They will also possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with people at various levels of the organization.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business (MBA preferred).
* 3+ years of experience in Sr. Financial Analyst role.
* Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work effectively with people at various levels of the organization.
* Excellent knowledge of MS office package, particularly Excel.
* Proficient communication (written and oral), good organizational skills.
