With decades of expertise and well-established relationships across Ireland's major pharma sites, they have a strong brand reputation and a growing commercial presence in the Irish market. Due to continued expansion, they are now looking to add an experienced Business Development Manager to their Leinster team. THE ROLE: Covering Leinster with approximately 60% of your focus on Dublin and the Greater Dublin area, you will sell a range of technical, solution-based products and services directly into pharmaceutical and life sciences manufacturers. This is a senior commercial role combining strategic new business development with key account management across a high-value, relationship-driven sector. You will engage with engineering managers, operations leaders, procurement teams and site directors, managing complex sales cycles and closing high-value deals at senior level. You will manage a number of established accounts in the region while actively identifying and developing new opportunities and large-scale projects across your territory. Full technical and commercial training is provided, with strong support from a well-established Irish team behind you from day one. THE PERSON: We are looking for experienced technical or industrial sales professionals who have sold into pharmaceutical or food and beverage manufacturers in Ireland. You will understand the demands of selling into regulated, complex manufacturing environments and be comfortable engaging at senior stakeholder level. A background in capital equipment, engineered solutions, technical services or high-value industrial products is highly desirable. What is essential is a consultative approach, a proven ability to win and grow business, and a track record of performing within long, complex sales cycles. You will be polished, commercially sharp and ambitious - someone who takes ownership of their territory and thrives in a high-value, solution-led sales environment. A full, clean Irish driving licence is required. Candidates must be based in Leinster, ideally Dublin or Greater Dublin, though strong candidates elsewhere in the region will be considered.
