About Our Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Contract Manager to join our team. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong leadership and management skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing contracts, ensuring they are commercially sound and compliant with all relevant regulations. They will also be responsible for leading a team of contract professionals, setting clear expectations and KPIs, and fostering a high-performance culture.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Strategic Delivery and Commercial Oversight: Align contract and commercial decisions with our long-term goals and market positioning.
• Team Management and Development: Lead and manage a team of contract and commercial professionals, set clear expectations and KPIs, and foster a high-performance culture.
• Contract Administration and Management: Manage day-to-day contract performance, ensure delivery to agreed commercial terms, timelines, and specifications.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, design, operations, finance, compliance, and logistics teams to ensure contracts are commercially viable and deliverable.
• Governance and Reporting: Ensure compliance with our commercial governance, risk, and reporting requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in contract management, commercial delivery, or project administration within infrastructure, construction, engineering, or traffic management sectors.
• Strong understanding of contract structures, commercial terms, and risk management.
• Experience managing variations, claims, and dispute resolution processes.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
